Before we meet, you will receive an online intake form that requests certain information – do your best, it does not have to be perfect but providing the information will ensure that you will receive the most benefit from this session. At this Zoom session, you’ll learn all about your estate planning options and our flat fees. This session is $250. If you decide to hire me to create your estate plan, this amount is put towards the cost of your plan. If you decide you are ready to move forward, we’ll email you an engagement letter and invoice, both of which can be executed online.

The estate planning design meeting is a collaborative session between you and me to discuss and design a plan that addresses your goals, concerns, and desires. This session covers guardianship for your children, distribution and protection of your assets, and the management of your affairs upon your death or incapacity. Your intake questionnaire will help make this meeting more efficient because we will both be prepared with knowledge about your affairs! Based on the information gathered during the meeting, I will craft your customized estate plan reflecting your decisions. Don’t worry – you can make changes after this meeting should you desire.

We will send you your plan with specific provisions highlighted for your review and a video explanation. If you have changes to your plan since our design meeting this is your first chance to update your plan before it is finalized and signed. (We recommend revisiting your plans every 3-5 years or after significant life events.)
